What is a Place Plan?

It is a document that takes into consideration important issues surrounding business, housing, education, environment, health, travel, and social developments
in our Moffat community for the next 5 years.

The Moffat Place Plan 2024 is a straightforward, registered document, based on previous community consultations and comments and suggestions received from members of the community, and others, since May of 2024.

Now it has been completed, the Place Plan should be referenced by Council Planners and any other organisations who need to make decisions that will affect Moffat.
